Use the "Build skins" tool included in the SRC. Let me know if you need it.
All you should have to do is put all your files in a folder called: Default. Put that folder in the same place as the theme builder tool. Double click on the tool, press 1 for default, then Y to create the package.
If you want the name to appear as something other than default on the XBox360 you can go to the skin.xml inside the theme folder, go to the 10th line and replace default with whatever yo want to call it.
When you build it, it will still be called default, rename manually..

The command to package it up with xuipkg is this
xuipkg /O newthemename.xzp /R *.*
Note: If you copy xuipkg.exe to C:\Windows\System32 it will make it a default command in command line so you don't have to have the xuipkg.exe in the working directory.
I tried that Build Skins included with FSD also but it never packaged it at the proper size it was always smaller when it shouldn't be. This way keeps the file size correct.

I tried doing it with that command but it gives error
"Failed to convert Default/avatar.xui to binary form..Aborting...
What is going on..
Also I am trying to just add new backgrounds , stages , Etc ....How do I go about doing this???I try to replace the background in xbox ui tools but when I use build skins .exe and use the xzp file it creates My 360 just sits on a black screen...I can hit the guide button and it shows but it just sits on a black screen...
I am very new to this and will need some help getting use to using xbox ui tools but after I get the hang of it I will put in some major time skinning for the community....I am A very fast learner I just cant find anywhere to get info on using xbox ui tools...
Hope this post doesn't confuse you..Just dont know a better way of explaining it...
