Tutorial - How To Put themes on JTAG'd 360
this is my FTP method for how I transfer themes onto my 360 including links to the files I use. I hope you enjoy!

1 - if you don't already have, then please acquire the latest version of Filezilla (my favorite app for ftp transfers, there are multiple OS compatible installs with that link).

2 - install and open Filezilla...

3 - you must have your xbox powered on and in Freestyle dash 2.0, your IP should be on the bottom left of the screen...if you can't see it then press the right joystick button...it should click...(R3), it will then show up. if all you see is 0.0.0.0 then you are not connected to the network. connect your xbox to your internet and reboot if needed

4 - put your xbox's IP in "host", username and password is "xbox" (no quotes) and port is 21 since it's FTP. press "quickconnect"

5 - if you put the information in correctly then you should see some folders populate on the right hand side.

6 - navigate to where you have FreeStyleDash 2.0 installed. NOT game!! as Game is a "temp" location! usually HDD1\... I have mine at HDD1\Homebrew\FSD2.0\Skins\...

7 - drag your skin file over to the filezilla window into the folder that is your freestyledash 2.0\Skins folder. (a correct theme file will be named something like Default.xzp). You should see one in the window called Default.xzp already.

8 - after it's finished transfering over go to the skins tab in fsd 2.0 and you should see the theme there. IF you don't then restart your xbox and go to skins to see if it's there now. if it's still not there then you did it wrong. if you did it wrong then go to youtube and search there for a video tutorial.

Peace eazy!

RE: Tutorial - How To Put themes on JTAG'd 360
Hi All,

Just got my console RGH'd and have downloaded some themes that unpack to a .xzp file and they work fine after FTP but what do I do when a theme unpacks to a folder with all the theme parts in it. EG: The Xeon theme unpacks like that for me. :-)

All the best

OK That worked with Xeon but not with Freestyle Desk. That one doesn't show up in the theme area on the dash.
No major problem as i love the Xeon theme :-)......For now
