so I came across this from XS news and am wondering if it just backs up your games to an external source then you put the game in and loads it from the external or if you browse your games and launch whatever you want like a jtag.. guess time will tell

Apparently it's made by the people that made wode for the wii
it's a dvd drive emulator so no you don't need a jtag
it would probably be cheeper and just as easy to flash your drive and buy a shit load of DVD-R DL
you can't even backup your origionals with it you would have to do that the old way with a kreon drive
theres no homebrew support the only use for this would be piracy and you can do that already with a flashed drive and some blank discs
