An adult theme should require some kind of verification of age other than marking a check box. Too many kids can access this.

You must allow for adult themes by checking the box in your profile before these ones will show on the themes page.

It's really difficult to actually police something like that. To do it properly would require a lot of effort. I mean, even sites like youtube and metacafe don't bother with anything besides asking your age.

However it could be more clear that you have to be over 18 to check the box.

I am slowly working on making pages of the site better which includes the profile page so I can explain better what the options are etc.
