I think it would be cool to somehow display awards next to the user or something for how many website achievements you have unlocked but not sure where to show this. Maybe on the keys page there can be a section at the bottom that shows stats of who has unlocked the most or something. Maybe on posts below the users avatar info, it can say how many have been unlocked?

I am open to various ideas on how we can improve this idea and make the site better.

It depends who you want to show this to. If it's for personal information, say you want to know easily how many points you've got, you can just put it next to the banner on the website's header, upper-right, like on the NXE (and maybe add the avatar and username while we're at it).
If you want to show it to others, yeah, under the user info with the avatar and user title and whatnot would be the place.
As for the ranking idea, it could be col, but I think it would lose interest the day too many people would reach max. You could rank them on the time they took to get all the points?
