the background is dependant to whatever background is set as default at the time
   

We would like a few people to register though and help us test, give feedback, ideas etc so we can make it a good gaming social network.

Cool concept, would definitely use it more then Facebook or myspace with enough members/gamers.
just one idea that I for one would like to see, the ability to add our own backgrounds.

Well I don't really have a background in mind for myself at this moment. but I mean peoples' moods change, and with social networking of any genre I think that some would like the ability to have their "home/dashboard" reflect the mood that the are in at any given time, and with the sites potential user base, the "demand" for new backgrounds would far exceed that which would be manageable.

That could be an option in the future, but we are adding a ton of background styles that users can choose from and allow them to set the transparency color (black and white) as well as the amount 80%, 60% etc, so I am sure everyone will find a background for their mood. This is currently in place and new backgrounds are being added all the time. Also as Jsjar stated, we are always willing to add new backgrounds to the site from members, so just link us or send us a background of your choice. They must be under 300 K/b in size and most of the "content" on the image should be off to the side so people can see it once set on the site.
