I have 2 jtag so what versions do I need to download FSD Downloads Dash Launch Skin Resources I have 2 different skins

do I burn it to a cd with nero

I wanna get this but I do not know what all to download, can you tell me the stuff to download can you help me please tell me what versions I need to get , which do I install first on the jtag which one do I install first in this order below
