Can you please Answer 3 Questions please below

1.Now when I download a Freestyle dashboard theme do I burn it to a cd or how does that work, if so how do I install this fsd.Now on the jtag does it automatically read in the jtag and installs its self on it's own or no

2.I would like to have this fsd on my jtag I searched for the Creator on this site but could not find out who made it can you tell me please and do you have a link to that download on this site to I really want it

3.what versions do I have to have to install this to match this freestyle dashboard theme
which do I have to install first on my jtag below
