I am trying to install this theme :

And it doesn't give me a file it gives me a folder and I can't load it up because FSD loads up a .xzp and not a folder.
Can someone help me please?

FSD DOES support folders, you simply stick the folder into the skins folder, but make sure all of the .xur and other files are in the root of that folder such as

Skins
- SkinFolder
--- main.xur
--- images
--- etc
GlassKinect.xzp
ZippedTheme.xzp
