A few issues I have found out
1. Getting system link to work
So I have had some issues trying to get my 2 xbox's to work with system link. One is a JTAG and the other RGH. When I load up Halo Wars then everything works just fine and can play. Portal 2 and Saints Row 3 do not work. These are the only 3 games I have tested, but there may be others. Anyway so after playing around with my DashLaunch settings and removing almost every option and slowly enabling some, testing and enabling more, I have found out that if you have the pingpatch enabled, it can cause issues with some games. I disabled that on both machines and now Portal 2 and Saints Row 3 work fine.
2. DLC not working in some games
Both of my xboxes are BB Jaspers so they have internal system memory. I decided to download my Title Updates through FSD and store them on the internal memory since that was a good place to keep them all. After doing this with Saints Row 3, it would keep popping up saying the DLC was not compatible with the game. I then tried setting the TU to the "Internal" Hard drive and then the game worked fine with the DLC and TU working perfect.
3. Dash Launch not showing some fonts after updating from 3.00 to 3.01
I had a skin along with Dash Launch 3.00 and after updating the software, it had the new look but some text was missing. I removed the skin and all was fixed. Be sure to use a skin for that version if things look off.
4. My avatars were gone
I know this one is fairly common, but I used to have avatars and one day they were gone... not sure if it was a DashLaunch update somehow or something else. Maybe I did update my nand a while back and never noticed the missing avatars. Anyway I got the official update for my dashboard version, disabled the update check in dashlaunch so I can run the update. Renaming it to $$system_update or whatever never works for me, so I just disable that option and update, then enable it again. After doing so, my avatars are back.
5. While playing Fable 2, my games are not saving, sometimes show as corrupted and sometimes after choosing "Save and quit" there is a popup saying "a device that has my profile has been removed" or something like that.
I have moved my save and profile to the memory card, internal memory and hard drive with similar results. I am unsure on this one and it is still on-going. I have played through the first hour of the game about 6 times or more now.
I assume it is due to something with DashLaunch and I will go through more testing tonight. I did set Fable 2 to load while holding down a button during boot and that actually seemed to help a bit. I was able to save my game and have not had any saving issues. In FSD, the fans are set to 100% so by-passing that keeps the fans quiet and slow. After playing a bit, the temp did get up there and "not sure if this was due to the temps" but the game crashed and the system re-booted. After loading FSD and booting back into Fable, I was able to load up my save and play more.
This is where I am currently at on this issue and will post more as I find things out that may help others. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
